Islamist Insurgents Doing Well, Admits Army Chief

INSURGENTS in Afghanistan and Iraq are "doing well" as they successfully adopt tactics to neutralise the superior firepower of Western forces, the Chief of Army, Lieutenant-General Peter Leahy, said yesterday.
